Returns & Refunds Policy – Buda Base Gym Flooring

This Returns & Refunds Policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 30 days after the day you received the goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, and no fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

• The goods are in unused condition and suitable for resale

• Items are returned in their original packaging where possible (or securely packaged if original packaging is unavailable)

Non-Returnable Goods

We cannot accept returns for:

• Customised or personalised items

• Perishable goods

• Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Return Costs

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

• If the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Returning Goods

Please use an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds without receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

• If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
